I bet in no time, these students will grow to be among the great chefs ever recorded in the history of cooking because they are learning under the master himself. Do not just take my word for it. The opportunity is still open to all and sundry to be partakers of this once in a life time empowerment program and you will thank me later no doubt.

The program started with the chef introducing the students to the course outline for the month, a light refreshment was served and the the business of the day commenced. Many of you even my self do not know that there are things that need to be done before ever you proceed to cook. These are the nitty gritty of a chefs life and this knowledge differentiates a chef from any random “mama put” on the street. I had been hearing the word “puree” before, but the real meaning and application was made known to me in simple terms at this empowerment program. Some terminologies randomly and frequently used in the kitchen and they should be at the finger tips of any cook.
