8 Amazing Stress-relieving foods you never knew

At several moments in our daily living, the stress factor makes a voluntary swing into our bodies, leaving the whole system dysfunctional for some time, or a much longer duration.

It stems from the quality of time we commit towards getting goals achieved, meeting work deadlines, owning a great batch of responsibility, experiencing an illness or being submerged in the unsavoury happenings of life.

7. Avocado

This is a prevalent fruit popular for being an excellent source of vitamin B6. The Omega-3 acids it offers reduces stress through increasing concentration, improving mood, anxiety and the maintenance of proper nervous system functions. Furthermore, it gives the heart quality dose of Potassium, which helps to keep the blood pressure in optimal regulation.

8. Cashews

This peculiar specie of nuts, contain rich nutrients which alleviates the feeling that stress creates in the body.


The magnesium element it is composed of, does not lag in stabilizing energy and keeping the nervous system in check. Also, the vitamin B6 found in it, provides serotonin, which enhances the mood and makes for vitality.
