The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has raised the alarm over the purported disappearance of the case file of its leader, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, at the Court of Appeal.
A Federal High Court in Abuja has refused to vacate its earlier order proscribing the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
“We are tired of being in this country. They should allow us to go to Biafra. Nigeria’s unity is negotiable. We do not want the injustices and oppression going on in Nigeria”
Kanu called on IPOB to cease all Nigeria activities and borrow a leaf from the play book of South Africa’s ANC and Nelson Mandela.
This Biafra issue demand that we chart the course of doing things with positive energy. I want to let the Biafrans know that you are not alone in this,” – Ooni of Ife speaks
“One of his relations has spoken to me and explained everything because I wanted to see him and talk to him.” Kalu says.
Northerners doing business in the area have deserted their properties and taken to their hills for safety.
Some of these IPOB members were driven in ‘tipper’ vehicles and buses as military Armoured Personnel Tanks were parked in the area.
But videos circulating online yesterday evening showed a young man in civilian clothing, with what looks like a bullet wound in his leg being carried into a car outside the house.
